A Bit About Me
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years, and have been a certified instructor for almost 15 years.
I have my e-RYT 500, and am also certified in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga as well as Anatomy & Yoga. I owned a yoga studio for a number of years and meditation classes were a weekly, well attended class.
For this event, I will be providing guided meditations that focus on different topics from stress relief, letting go of worries, as well as complete relaxation.

Bring your friends and/or family to enjoy a meditation class and release the stress from your mind and day. Choose between the following guided meditation sessions. Each session is 30 minutes. You will need to bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lay on and maybe an additional blanket to cover your body with.
